Meet our staff
Francis Luongo - CEO and Principal Network Engineer. Francis provides computer network consultancy with expertise in Cisco, Novell, Compaq, and Microsoft technologies. Francis is a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) at the 5 .X, 4 .X, 3 .X and 2 .X levels. He also holds a Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) certification from Cisco System, An Accredited System Engineer (ASQ) certification from Compaq, and is an HP Accredited System Engineer.
Since 1982, he has diverse experience with multi-vendor network architecture design and installation, certified cabling implementations, and the wide spectrum of network and internet related infrastructures. From large-scale multiple-site server installations to hand-held email solutions, his skills cross the full-range of Information Technology business services.
Francis has a background in retail point of sale system installations dating back to 1982. He has also worked for one of the largest accounting application developers in the nation as a sales person allowing him to develop his business management skill set.
Francis's responsibilities include sales, hardware and software installation, training, technical support and shared administrative duties.
