During these regularly scheduled checkups, CORE will not only perform critical network tasks, but will also perform necessary visual inspections of the network hardware to remove the possibility of downtime caused by environmental hazards.

- Test tape drive by restoring critical data from multiple points on backup tape and confirm tape data integrity.
- Check tape backup log files to confirm successful state and identify any possible problems.
- Perform visual inspection of network hardware.
- Test and recalibrate ups battery for functionality and longevity.
- Check for critical and non-critical updates from all OS and application vendors on covered servers.
- Check antivirus program updates and propagation to dependent devices. Identify any compromised machines and clean.
- Clear event logs saving them to a log file history directory.

CORE Support
Service Support Plans:
Pro-active weekly or bi-weekly scheduled support services aimed at minimizing computer and network downtime. During each visit, a technician will address any support issues, as well as, verify that your existing IT infrastructure is optimized. Plans are reviewed for qualification on a three month period.
On-Call Support Services:
Consulting hours, phone & email support, conducted on or off site, as needed and requested by client.
Projects and Specialized Consulting Services:
Specific planning and consulting services resulting in a significant change in technology, infrastructure or location (includes network design, project planning, research, relocation planning and support, etc.). Project and implementation work is quoted on a time and material basis. In general, a detailed Statement of Work or proposal will be prepared and will outline the tasks, schedule and costs associated with the project.
Network Analysis
CORE will perform an extensive and thorough hardware and software analysis. Upon completion, CORE will identify any environmental hazards and network deficiencies and provide an IT roadmap towards meeting your IT goals.
Network Documentation
CORE will deliver a complete and comprehensive set of documents detailing the characteristics of your network. For example, a network schematic showing critical equipment connecting points and key service account information allowing you to minimize downtime.
